About Skylar
I am a recent college graduate from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in Paleobiology. I have one year of tutoring experience teaching college students who take a variety of science courses. My degree program consisted of all the core biology courses as well as geology and some specialized courses in paleontology. I have a lot of experience with scientific writing and citations as well.

I love to base my lessons off the learning preferences of the student so that I meet their needs in a comfortable environment. I am fun, patient, and easily approachable. I can tutor middle school, high school, and college level students. I typically review lecture notes, previous tests/quizzes, and homework assignments with the students and encourage them to write down any questions they may have when reviewing their lecture notes so we may discuss them during our session. I use PowerPoint slides to show a visual representation as I teach.
