About Emily
Studied yoga with an internationally known yoga teacher training program in Costa Rica! I learned about my dharma, my chakras, and three different types of yoga. Spending three weeks in the jungle only focusing on my yoga practices. I learned and the 4 cycles and therituals that occur in each of them. I want to share yoga with everyone around me knowing that I belong to the universe.

Not only practicing yoga but also practing your breathing were yoga first begins. Knowing the right way to breath allows for better yoga practices, posture, concentration flow, and for chakra alignment. I’m able to teacher these skills along with yoga.
