About Irfan
I have been a guitarist since I was a young teenager, playing in small gigs and recorded some of my own songs. My favourite performance was playing Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin (yes including the guitar solo) at a school gig when I was in intermediate school, and I have gone a long way since then. I continue to play guitar as a hobby, deciding to pursue a career in the finance industry, but hey we can't all be rockstars can we?
I can help you get started playing guitar from the basics - mind you I am by no means a guitar god, so I probably won't be able to teach you complex guitar solos. But, you can expect to be able to play some of your favourite songs after tutorial sessions with me.

Depending on your level, I will start with the basics such as learning how to handle a guitar, tuning the strings, picking techniques, and other physical techniques that you will need to know to start playing. Then we can go over the basics on how to play the guitar, starting from chords to playing melodic tunes. From there, we can even learn how to play your favourite song. It really depends on you.

I highly recommend Irfan as a tutor. He structures his classes based on students' aims and goals, and provides lesson plans. He's knowledgeable, patient and engaging.
