About the lesson

In 1 session we start with omkara chanting, 1 prayer, then we do a whole body warm-up, then we move towards asanas, all 4 types of asanas are taken in a flow with explaining their importance, benefits, etc. Then we do 12 rounds of surya namaskar, then we do shavasana for relaxation, and then pranayama and end the session with sukha prayer.
