About Lai Man
Namaste!
My name is Amy, I am originally from Hong Kong but currently a Remedial Massage student in Sydney, I am a 200-hour trained RYT yoga teacher specialised in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. I started practicing yoga 5 years ago when I was suffering from back pain and stress from working in a corporate job, after I quitted my job, I became a ski / snowboard instructor and qualified yoga teacher.

As a student in Remedial Massage Therapy, I incorporate my knowledge in anatomy in my teaching, a lot of people feel discomfort or even pain in their first yoga class and think yoga is not suitable for them, I believe yoga is for everyone and I would help my student to enjoy the class safely.
