About Kanishka
I’ve always believed you don’t find Yoga, it finds you. That’s how my journey has been. Dropping out of law school to work on my mental health led me to yoga and the journey to self-discovery. It encouraged me to understand myself better which helps me empathize more and makes it much more fulfilling when I can help someone build a safe space to heal.

I have a background in Psychology which makes my classes mindful and holistic, blending yoga and mental healing. My own journey has inspired me to help more than 500 students over the course of 10 years. Looking forward to helping more people all across the globe.
