This will be 1Hr class that included series of yoga and pranayama and ends with meditation session. It will be a great session to start or end your day and take away all the stress and body tension. It will also awaken you to spirituality. By the end of the class you will feel more connected to yourself and outside world. It is best for those struggling with mental and body issues.
