About Sheela
My name is Dr. Sheela Vishwanath a PhD in Microbiology. I got interested in yoga in my 40s, especially the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and adopted it as my practice to stay healthy and grounded. I feel that I should be able to pass on the benefits of Yoga to many more people to help them live life more meaningfully
