About Madeleine
I have been working in the Art Industry for ten years. While at university I worked in a Modern & Contemporary Art Gallery. After obtaining an MA in Art History from Glasgow University, I went on to work in auction houses for 6 years. This included being Head of the Urban & Contemporary Art department. I am now working at a gallery as the individual responsible for the sales and acquisitions for the gallery. This experience has given me exposure to vast quantity of different works as well as a good overall understanding of the commercial art market. My specialties are in: Modern British Art, Contemporary Art, Prints & Multiples, conservation and condition analysis.

I have been tutoring for 10 years and would like to help you reach your goals. I would recommend 1.5 hours for lessons but am happy to tailor this to your needs. I would ask for some details on the content we need to cover and I will then come prepared with a structured lesson but allow for flexibility as each person's needs are slightly different. The lessons are interactive and not lecture based. My lessons are for those of GCSE level to degree level.
