About V
I pride myself on a multitude of things but a sense of humour still ranks rather highly for me. On my own time, I am an avid reader, a novice guitarist and a fairly good badminton and golf player. Political analysis is my main passion and I can debate circles around any topic in the field.
As for my qualifications, my curricula vitae is replete with volunteering, teaching as well as content writing experiences with organisations like SPIC MACAY, ISRA, GirlUp and the Each One Teach One Initiative. I scored an 8 on my IELTS, a 98.4% in my board examinations, was part of both the Student Council and the Editorial Board in my school- the latter of which I headed, and I got into most of the colleges I aspired for, including UCL (I know this is bragging but it does happen to be the 8th best university in the world), King's College London and the university of Edinburgh.

As an International Social and Political Studies student, history, civics, politics, international relations, public policy and administration, foreign policy and geopolitics come right under my chosen spectrum of work. I am always seeking knowledge in my field and I know I can impart it just as well.
In class, my preferred teaching method is analysis-oriented and I know that history can be a bit disheartening to learn because of the amount of factual data that it usually comprises of.
The usual structure of a class will involve a reading of the texts provided- depending on the level of education of the students, for 1/5th of the stipulated time period, 1/5th of the time shall be dedicated to in-depth analysis, 2/5ths shall be given unto discussion and the last fifth shall be reserved for doubts. The time periods allocated shall be adjustable, but the structure is to remain, unless otherwise negotiated depending on the requirements of the student.
