Hi
I am Twinkle, a Certified Yoga teacher. I teach 1:1 private classes. My teaching style includes a restorative flow to full body strengthening & mind-body connect.
I teach to help people understand themselves better & find their soul purpose. We teach to serve and provide a helping hand to relax and find your spiritual self with ease and comfort.

Its a full body yoga practice helping women reconnect with their body and mind. Ending the class with breathing exercises to relax your nervous system & help reduce fight & flight mode. We also practice meditation on regular basis to find stillness amongst chaos.
