About Anni
I have a blend of formal yoga teacher training (RYT200), Bachelor of Arts (Speech Communication), energy work and life experience that gives me a unique ability to see and hear those around me in a way that is gentle and real.
I am a Finn with a global heart, but my roots are deeply in the Finnish nature. Currently based in Newcastle, Australia
I teach embodied healing practices inspired by yoga, breathwork and mindfulness. I’m also a Reiki healer and meditation advocate.

I’m an introvert and an empath and I share my life stories, struggles and obstacles with an openness that hopefully makes you want to examine your own fears, emotional blockages and behavioral patterns with care and acceptance.
Throughout the years I have developed an interest in correcting the imbalance in the physical, psychological and emotional body created by past trauma or a stressful lifestyle. I strive to share with you what it takes to live a healthy lifestyle full of natural wellbeing without any past limitations holding you back.
The classes are tailored specifically for you and your needs are usually a mixture of counselling, yoga, breathwork and other boby work techniques.
