About Beau
Hi there! I’m Beau, and I am a dedicated secondary Mathematics and Science teacher based right here in the Cairns Northern Beaches.
Beyond the classroom, I’m a dad to two energetic boys, a DIY enthusiast who isn't afraid of a massive paving project, and a bit of a data nerd. Whether I’m swinging kettlebells or coding game logic in Godot, I’m always looking for the "how" and "why" behind the way things work.
# **Why I Teach**
I believe that Mathematics is often misunderstood as a series of rigid, intimidating rules. My goal is to change that. I teach because I love the challenge of taking a concept that feels "impossible" and breaking it down until it becomes logical and manageable.
With a background in **Medical Science** and **Data Analysis**, I don’t just teach formulas; I show you how these concepts live in the real world. I want to help you move past the "math anxiety" and reach that "aha!" moment where everything clicks.
