About Kerry
I am a holistic nutritionist and life coach practicing privately and for a company teaching people how to make changes in what the are eating, managing stress, and learning to make it through these crazy times. How can you change your life without feeling the pain? I have background degrees in Psych and gerontology so together we can learn to look at your future, your illness, your stress and your wellness. I am also a level 2 Reike practitioner so of course will oommmm our way to a better life and future. I love working 1 on 1 with people and I usually approach the sessions by listening to your main concerns and finding a way to work with them so you get what you need while make the changes you have to

I use a little tough love, a little inspiration, I listen to spirit and I also deal in facts. There is always truths to health that can easily be incorporated into everyone's idea of how they want their life to look and feel.
