About Julia
I have been a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher since 2020 and am currently doing the RYT 300 further training at the Vienna Yoga School. I started my practice 5 years ago with Bikram and Asthtanga Yoga. I am constantly expanding my teaching experience so that I teach a few individual students based on their needs. At the moment my own practice is in the dynamic, invigorating Vinyasa Flow.

I design the lessons based on the needs of my student. I work holistically, which means that in the yoga class, attention is paid to the interplay of body, mind and soul. The focus is mostly on the symbiosis of meditation, strengthening and relaxation exercises. Depending on your wishes and needs, I work with relaxing background music, incense sticks and aids such as blocks, blankets and pillows. I offer the following types of classes: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Ladder Flow

Perfect! Julia ist sehr flexibel bei der Zeit für Stunden, sehr entgegenkommend und hat sich rasch gemeldet. Die erste Stunde war für mich eine sehr angenehme und muskelkräftigende Erfahrung! Die Zeit ist rasch vergangen und es hatte auch mich eine entspannende Wirkung! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und hoffe noch auf viele tolle Stunden mit Julia!! Danke Doris

Perfect! Ich habe Einzelunterricht angefragt und Julia hat sich nach einem sehr freundlichen Vorgespräch am Telefon auf meine Wünsche vorbereitet und schon in der ersten Session hat sich ohne viele Worte ein sehr guter Flow entwickelt. Sie ist eine sehr liebe Yogini in deren Anwesenheit man sich wohl fühlt, gerne wieder!
Perfect! Es war eine super Family Yoga Lesson mit Julia! Sie ist auf alle unsere unterschiedlichen Vorkenntnisse perfekt eingegangen. Abgesehen davon ist Julia ein sehr lieber und herzlicher Mensch. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!
