Saraswathy is the coolest yoga trainer. She helps me to come out of my comfort zone and try the different asanas which I never thought I would do in my life. She explains every asana practice in detail and asks me to try as much as I can even I have learnt from her that yoga is not doing the asana with perfection it is all about trying and understanding our own body. I would end up stressing this work from home and pandemic if I haven't joined her class. It has been a year she is teaching yoga for me and I can see enormous changes in my day to day life and so much improvement in my yoga practice, it's all because of her.

I attended yoga classes with Saraswathy. She is very gentle and full of knowledge. Initially I was bit uncomfortable to take online classes but she made me very much comfortable AND and guided me very well.

Saraswathy is one of the best for C#.Net I really didn't want to learn this language but Saraswathy made me understand the basics very easily and guided me through every detailing of the code. Knowing the use of each function or statement made me think wise to code. She's a calm and friendly person who is passionate about what she's doing.
