I believe that science shouldn't be about rote memorization; it’s about understanding why. I aim to break down complex pathways (like the Krebs cycle or macronutrient metabolism) into simple, logical flows. I teach students the same techniques I use in medical school to retain vast amounts of information efficiently using flashcard and recall tricks. Finally, I focus not just on content but on past papers to decode what the examiner is looking for, focusing on keywords that secure maximum marks.
My qualifications are as follows
Graduate Entry Medicine (UCD): Currently immersed in advanced clinical and biological sciences.
1st Class Honors in Human Nutrition (UCD): Deep expertise in biochemistry, physiology, and food science.
FSAI Researcher: I bring real-world scientific application from my time with the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
Experienced Communicator: With a background in public speaking and youth coaching (GAA Cul Camps), I know how to keep students engaged, confident, and motivated.
