About Gauri
• Above 21 years of teaching experience in following subjects: Physics, Theory of knowledge, Mathematics, Computer programming in India and the USA. I was teaching IB Physics HL and Theory of knowledge at The International School Bangalore (TISB) more than 15 years.
• Worked at Sahyadri School (Krishnamurti Foundation India) as a ISC Physics and middle years Mathematics teacher for six months.
• Co-ordination of IB (2 yrs) and IGCSE (3 yrs.) curricula in “The InternatiIonal School Bangalore”.
• IT-savvy in classroom teaching (smart board, simulations) and school management (MS Office for activity planning and result analysis)
• IB examiner for Theory of knowledge essays (400 from 8 countries) and Physics year XII examinations (400 from 10 countries) for four years.
• Languages known: English, Marathi, Hindi and spoken Kannada
• Higher studies at IIT Bombay (M.Sc. Physics) and SUNY, Buffalo, USA (M.A. Physics)

I have wealth of resources on IB and SAT Physics. I have been using Smartboards and IT in the classroom for more than a decade. I have innovative ways of connecting day-to-day experiences with the curriculum.
