I'm a hand-on teacher with an experience from Indea Yoga Institute, Mysore. Taking personal interest in each of my student's learning as well as growth, I aim to imbibe my 5+ years of experience in my lessons. Let's combine spirituality, mindfulness and fun to get the best workout possible. I'm bringing yoga to you with strength training and flexibility.
