About Jorge David

Through the Inbound Yoga System we exercise and harmonize our mental, emotional, sexual and physical energy. Inbound means "to go inward", so we make a journey into ourselves. Through the Inbound journey we will simultaneously discover the beauty that exists inside and outside of us. We will also use other self-knowledge tools. Do you dare to try them with Yoga?
