About Rahul
I am excited to be your yoga teacher. I am a certified yoga and fitness instructor with 2 years of training and have been practicing yoga for over 5 years. My passion for yoga started as a personal practice, but it has grown into a desire to share the benefits of yoga with others. During my training, I focused on various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative. I have also completed specialized training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, which has provided me with the knowledge and skills to safely guide expectant mothers through their yoga practice. I have also learned the art of stamina building, endurance training, weight loss and muscle building exercises. I am skilled at adapting my teaching style to meet the needs of students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My goal as a yoga teacher is to create a safe and inclusive space for students to explore their practice and connect with their mind, body, and breath. I believe that yoga has the power to transform lives, and I am committed to sharing this practice with others. Thank you for considering my application.
