It doesn’t matter what your shape, size, creed or religion is yoga really is for everyone! Don’t let mobility or age deter you in any way I have worked with all walks of life from able bodies all the way through to students who were barely mobile. Please don’ let things like pictures of your typical media portrayed yogi ever put you off practicing. Yoga is a way of life

Welcome to my page. I have a very traditional authentic approach to my teachings. Yoga has been very watered down in the west. My passion is to keep it as close to its roots as possible. I was born In England of Indian decent and now living in Canada
All my training has been conducted with teachers from where yoga was born (India) I have worked on various teacher training programmes in the UK, Europe & India
Breath is life expect lots of alignment cues, breathing cues & overall a soul warming practice whether it’s multi style, Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Yin or flow
