"I teach yoga from basic to advanced levels, using drills to help achieve the asanas. My class includes a prayer, pranayama, warm-up, sun salutations, drills to reach the asanas, Yoganidra, meditation, and a closing prayer. I am a yoga therapist and acupressure practitioner, and I can teach all age groups."
