I am a 24 years old tutor . I have completed my graduation. I have an experience of 5 years of teaching maths. I thought that a tutor shapes the student and every student should have the benefit of my knowledge thats why I want to teach.

I try to understand the problem as a student view.And then use the easiet way to explain the concept. During explainig I ask some questions so that student get the concept easily.After explainig some questions I want to know whether student got it or not. If he does good then I use some appreciating words so that he /she feel good and try to work hard . But if he did not achieve goal then I explain him multiple times and then certainly he or she will get.
