About Ava
I will be doing a PGCE in History and am very keen to practise teaching and hone my skills. There are many things I’ve picked up from the students I have taught - who often have made really exciting progress in surprising ways, and based off of methods we figured out together.

I have a lot of experience tutoring and have learnt how to adapt based off the needs of the parent and student. But broadly, I’ve noticed that many students tend to struggle with similar things (often centred around question focus, structure and timings) so have learnt how to communicate those skills effectively.
