About Yogi
I belong to Haridwar and have been deeply connected with Yoga and spirituality from an early age. With over 12 years of dedicated Yogasana practice, I have pursued formal education in Yoga, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science and an M.A. in Yoga.
I have worked as a Yoga instructor with reputed organizations including Chaitanya Wellness, Yoga Studio, Gold’s Gym, 5th Gear Gym, Zela, and Vedanta Centre. Currently, I work as a Freelance Yoga Instructor.
My approach to Yoga goes beyond physical practice, focusing on creating a deeper balance between body, breath, and mind.
My Experience
So far, I have conducted more than 1,500 yoga classes and had the opportunity to meet and work with thousands of people. Over the years, I have worked with people from different backgrounds, personalities, and needs, which has taught me how to understand and handle different situations.
This journey has given me both good and challenging experiences, and every experience has taught me something valuable. In this field, you meet all kinds of people—some stay connected for a long time, while others move on. I believe that is simply a part of the journey.
For me, the most important thing is to keep learning, stay positive, do my work with honesty and dedication, and help the people who choose to walk this journey with me.
Those who genuinely want to learn and grow will continue moving forward, and those who don't will eventually choose their own path. That's how life and this profession work.
