I am Dr. Jothi Shree, a Naturopath Physician with a strong interest in Yoga, Face Yoga, and natural wellness. I believe Yoga is something that anyone can learn, regardless of age or fitness level. I enjoy sharing what I have learned and helping people understand their body, build healthy habits, and feel more comfortable and confident through simple practices. I also enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and sharing Yoga and Face Yoga with students around the world.
