John is an excellent philosophy tutor, he made me go from a C to an A! He gave me weekly lessons during A-level when I was struggling with the material; he made everything crystal clear and was so patient when I didn't get something right away, making sure I understood everything properly before moving on.

My teacher said in my mocks that my essays weren't good enough but was terrible at explaining why, whereas John gave me actual recommendations of what to do differently which was so useful. As I said, I went from a C in my mocks to an A in my exam, I was so happy, absolutely worth it!

I would highly recommend John as a philosophy tutor. I met John at university where he studied Philosophy and War Studies, which I believe gives him excellent academic knowledge of the subject. He is very diligent and responsible both as a student and personally, achieving excellent grades at university.
