• Recommended length of a coaching session after that is 1 hour.
• Coaching sessions can be a one-off however minimum 5 is recommended, you get out what you put in! (dependant on outcome/s sought)
Each coaching program is customized to the individual. However, here is an example of what sessions might include:
• Eliciting top 2 drivers from your 6 core needs
• creating a career roadmap / strategy with action steps
• overcoming challenges and barriers holding you back, such as procrastination, people pleasing, perfectionism
• future planning/visualisation to gain clarity & direction
• eDISC available as an add on - this is human behavioral profiling - involves client completing a 10min questionnaire then a personalised 20-page report is produced. Tells you about your strength motivators situations that reduce motivation, how your perceived by others, career opportunities, preferences, challenges and more. Extended disc also helps you to understand if you're currently operating in alignment with your strengths and whether your current situation is sustainable, long-term.
