About Hana
My name is Hannah Moussa and aside from the obvious, I need money, my high school teachers kind of made me who I am today. I was a real book nerd but what taught me to work smarter were my teachers who asked me to actually put the book down for a minute and discover different learning techniques. These included skim reading, note taking, and summary writing which made my studies go faster, be more productive, yield higher exam scores, and most importantly actually retain most of what I learned. These techniques prevent crash studying and cramming which results in no actual learning and lots of memorization for a test. I want my students to actually enjoy what they study because they might end up doing it for the rest of their lives!

I use a combination of teaching techniques catering to each student’s personal needs. Not all students learn from a reading only-basis so I like to give each student a short questionnaire (questions include whether they learn better through diagrams, pictures, reading, etc.. for example) before we start our journey together. I also have legal and psychology back ground so I can cater to students with learning disabilities.
