About Sumit
I have been teaching Yogic Lifestyle across all age groups. I believe there is something for everyone in Yoga irrespective of physical or mental capabilities.
I spent six months studying classical yoga in an Ashram in India undergoing over 1500 hours of International Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
My passion for healthy natural lifestyle helped me make the most of ancient Yogic techniques in all aspects of life.
If you are looking to learn and practice authentic yoga this course is really going to change your life. I organise Yoga sessions, Corporate Workshops, Trips and Holidays.

Yoga is a way of life. I teach complete classical yoga in step by step method based on capacity and capability of each student.
Knowledge of Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga including detailed understanding of Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Meditation and Relaxation techniques are taught with an aim to transform modern stressful life into stress-free, Healthy and Joyful life.
Traditional guru-shishya relationship is established to help students find the best in this journey of life.
Individual counseling for curing of diseases, spiritual counseling or just friendly conversation are always welcome.
