1. You will learn Classical Ashtanga Yoga ASANA along with other yogic techniques like PRANAYAMA and MEDITATION.
2. Special classes are arranged for BEGINNERS: We would start from learning the basic movements, gradually synchronising it with our breath and eventually going within for some peace and quiet.
*Classes can be formatted as per each batch's pace and area of interest.
** Attention will be on form and rhythm leading to strength and flexibility.
*** Classes are for people without any medical conditions.
In case you miss on my other ADs,
I am conducting various GROUP CLASSES for different age groups. [Held in venues near you]
FOR ADULTS: Classical Ashtanga Yoga and Body Weight Fitness Training.
FOR CHILDREN: General Knowledge, Skill Enhancing and Attitude Building classes that includes PUBLIC SPEAKING, YOGA for Children, Fitness, Computers: Adobe PHOTOSHOP, Basic Stitching and Craft, SPANISH Language along with imparting into them basic LIFE LESSONS like Hygiene, Time Management, Food Habits, Being Confident and more.
