About Charlie

I have over 10 years of experience teaching piano, keyboard, electronic music and delivering creative music workshops. This includes 9 secondary and primary schools across West Sussex, post-16 colleges and adult beginners to touring musicians and performers.

I’ve taught over 90 students per week and have developed robust and rewarding lesson plans, that deliver tailored goals up to grade 8 and beyond the grading system. All my students get lesson notes, digital progress tracking and term by term feedback, but most importantly, the support to choose their own direction in music.

I’ve worked with scholarship students and individuals facing moderate to severe physical and learning disabilities, including ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergences.
