About Dorcas
My name is Dorcas Makotsi and I am a passionate and professional human resource manager with over 15 years of experience in various sectors and industries. I hold a certification in human resource professional (CHRP) and a master's degree in human resource management.
I have also been a lecturer at several universities in Kenya, such as Mount Kenya University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and Masinde Muliro University. I love sharing my knowledge and expertise with others who are interested in learning more about HRM and pursuing a career in this field.
I am friendly, patient, and supportive, and I always strive to create a positive and conducive learning environment for my students.
