About Carly
I grew up in the kitchen, my grandfather was a French masterchef and my mother an avid home cook.
I took the natural next step and went to school for Pastry Arts. I have experience as a Prep Cook and as a Baker, and cook and bake an extremely large varites of food in my daily life.
My program is tailored to each of my students, there are NO ready made ingredients in my course, everything is from scratch! I have experience in American, Canadian, Latin, French, and Italian cooking and baking.

With a long history of cooking and baking, my program will teach you steps to success in meal planning and building flavors. I offer a wide variety of focus areas, my course is for everyone! Whether you want to learn how to season foods to fit your palette, build your grocery and meal list, cook and clean in ways that are SAFE, become a master of slow cookers, show off at your work potluck, design the perfect cookies for your child's birthday party, or simply gather a few good meals, I will help you become the chef YOU want to be.
