About Kimberly
With 20 years of experience performing both original and cover songs, learning to play guitar and later ukulele has been the outlet that saved my life countless times. During college, I solely relied on busking as my source of income and was successful enough to never need to take out any loans or need financial assistance of any kind. Writing and playing music has been my outlet during the most difficult periods of my life and I always seek to teach others to develop their love and passion of music. Have you always wanted to serenade someone with a song you wrote but don't know how to write a song? Or maybe you still haven't learned to play. These lessons are built by you, for you! I meet you at your skill level and patiently work to get you where you want to be. Each lesson is tailored to act as a stepping stone to get you to your desired level. While my specialty is in the folk and alt-folk genre (think Bright Eyes and acoustic Against Me!), I can teach you the fundamentals to get you where you want to go in any genre.

Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She helped me with my resume and also handles editing for speeches or letters at my job. I like that I can reach her 24 hours a day and she's very reliable.
Kimberly has helped me with English regularly for the past 10 years. She helps me write targeted resumes that have repeatedly allowed me to stand out from other job applicants. She's also helped me write speeches for large presentations and edited them for content and clarity. Every lesson with her is informative and fun and she listens to what I'm looking for. Unlike other tutors, she really cares about my success and actively works towards improving my skills and making sure I understand what she teaches me. You won't regret booking her!
