About Ayush

For over 5 years, I’ve walked the path of mindfulness and meditation, drawing from Yoga’s dhyana, Tao’s wu wei, and Zen’s zazen. My journey has been less about theory and more about lived practice — sitting daily, reflecting through Stoic journaling, and applying these tools to relationships, work, and life. In this time, I’ve had the privilege of guiding 500+ seekers - from professionals battling stress to couples seeking deeper connection. Together, we’ve worked on transforming anger into awareness, distraction into focus, and patterns into clarity. What I bring is a blend of East and West: pranayama and metta meditation alongside modern psychology tools like mindful Communication. My Meditation + Journaling classes help you slow down and find calm, that brings clarity into everyday life. You’ll learn to manage anger, reduce stress, balance emotions, and build healthier relationships through the blend of mindfulness, spirituality, Yin–Yang balance, breathwork, relaxation, and Stoic insights. These sessions transform reactivity into awareness and stress into focus. You’ll explore diverse meditation traditions: body scan, mantra chanting, Zen “just sitting,” loving-kindness, guided visualization, chakra awareness, and more. Each session combines practical calming techniques with spiritual depth, so you just relax and transform. Unlike most meditation classes that only teach techniques, mine go deeper. By blending meditation with journaling and Stoic reflection, you’ll uncover hidden patterns, reshape your responses, and carry these insights into your relationships and daily life.
