Welcome.
My name is Alex and it is a pleasure talking to you. I have a degree in communication and a degree in psychology. My undergraduate training has been in the solution-focused brief therapy model and in it I have found an effective, cooperative model full of opportunities to achieve the goals of the clients and yours.
As in the model, the classes are conducted as conversations and we will focus on me adapting to your needs and particular way of learning, using your resources, strengths, solutions and hobbies.
We collaborate together to reach your goal and each session we have a feedback period to be sure that the sessions are useful for you.
*Bonus: Everything learned will be put into practice with roleplaying and guest actors.
Logistics:
-The sessions are on the Meets platform (we can change to the one you prefer)
-The hours are currently MONDAY 8 AM - 11 AM, WEDNESDAY 3 PM - 8 PM AND FRIDAY 8 AM - 8 PM (CDMX time)
-The duration is 1 hour (we can have more time or sessions in the week if you prefer)
-You do not need to have training in psychology
-In general, we use 20 hours to complete the course. However, we go at your pace and we can deepen everything you feel necessary.
Remember that “If it ain't broke, don't fix it; If something works, do more of it, and if something doesn't work, do something else."
