By creating a fun and structured approach to learning, I build up a strong rapport with my students. This relaxed environment allows skills and talents to flourish, leading to many students achieving higher grades than expected. I also help students to prepare for important exams (11 plus, GCSE) by discussing and practising past papers.
I am a friendly and engaging tutor who likes to ensure all box are ticked. My lessons are structured in a way that best suits the individual preference of learning whether that be explaining via diagrams or by engaging in a discussion about the topic being taught. However, I always ensure that my students come away from lessons feeling much more confident about the topics studied.
I endeavor to inspire passion and enthusiasm by trying to gain insights into the student's learning psychology, engaging their imagination and encouraging lateral thinking in their acquisition of knowledge and encouraging confidence. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach A-level Biology and Chemistry and Undergraduate Biochemistry/Molecular Biology.
I am a qualified and science teacher. I have graduated with 2:1 then completed Secondary science PGCE and have gained QTS. I have extensive experience in the classroom, small groups and 1:1 tutoring across KS3 to A level. I am familiar with the new OCR, AQA and EDEXEL curriculum. I provide 1 to 1 and group tuition to all subjects at GCSE and A level. To make sure students are happy with my teaching I provide a free 1hr trial. I prepare notes, worksheets and mark questions outside lesson to make sure that the 1hr is 100% utilised in teaching.
My aim is to prepare interactive lessons to help engage students. Using the right specification, I will explore each topic, ensuring that the student has a thorough understanding before progressing. One of the things that worked quite well for me when I was doing my GCSE and A-level exams was going through past papers and I plan to incorporate this into my lessons as well.
I would have an approach to teaching by activities for revision and videos to help people learn. I would give help on calculations and how to break them down and give them words to remember so that they have the knowledge of them. I would try to inspire the people that I teach and also make sure they have fun learning them.
Learning for everyone is completely different. When I was studying for my GCSE’s I struggled with understanding how Mathematics was taught at my school, I thought maybe it was my own fault and my confidence was at an all time low. However, after hiring a personal tutor I realized that I could change my grades, just by learning differently. Now as an adult I want to help others in the same way.
Each class is tailored to the student.
The support I will provide will be tailored to the student needs. I will help you excel in your subject area by helping you understand your topics, reinforcing what you have already studied and consistently motivate you. Complex materials will be broken down to complete basics and then it will be gradually be built on, making it easier for you to understand.
I have an adaptable method but focus on making sure that lessons are engaging and so memorable. I would create powerpoints and go through question papers with the student, taking their input on how they prefer to learn, my goal is to become a teacher so I hope to be approachable enough to ensure they are learning.

I tutor everything in your course in a logical and easy to understand way. I base my classes on teaching methods that are effective and I approach each problem in such a way that the student understands. I recommended that students ask me questions when they don't understand. All pupils leave with an improved understanding, which is proven by my previous students success.
Principally, I am results-focused for the students to reach their individual subject goal. To enhance the learning experience, I do like to keep the tuition enthusiastic, upbeat and enjoyable - using plenty of worked examples and pictures/diagrams/practical demos.

Have EU (Latvia) education, equal to A-level in these subjects. My teaching method is to bring the main idea of topic, not particular examples. After understanding the idea, we start to solve particular problems and questions. Usually, the first is theory, then comes practise.
I tend to teach in a visual way using diagrams, graphs and figures to put the point across. I will always try to offer different explanations of concepts to ensure the student fully understands the content. I am happy to help students undertaking their GCSE Science courses or even some lower degree level content. I want to give the student the lead in these sessions.
As a young graduate I can empathise and relate to problems and difficulties encountered by students. I can effortlessly teach chemistry to anyone below degree level and easily help them achieve a top grade. I can do this by looking at your past exam answers and analysing where your level of understanding is incomplete. That is where I will focus to enable you to have the best opportunity to do well. I can also teach up to second year degree level chemistry.
In a one on one setting, I teach based on strengths and weaknesses of the particular student i.e. studying weaknesses 70% of the time while strengths have 30%. However, in a group setting where there's not enough time for one on one talks, I teach topics based on importance or weighting in the course. So more important topics would get 70% of the time while less important would get 30%.
Most my life i have been extremely fassinated with maths and physics and would love to encourage and teach otger people about it and how amazing it can be.my teaching method is a more personal approach depending on the student.
