I have an adaptable method but focus on making sure that lessons are engaging and so memorable. I would create powerpoints and go through question papers with the student, taking their input on how they prefer to learn, my goal is to become a teacher so I hope to be approachable enough to ensure they are learning.
Maths and Science are undeniably difficult subjects and require strong problem solving skills, this is something that I put a strong emphasis on. Everybody learns differently and I think it's incredibly important for a student to find what works for them. For me, I find repeating past exam papers and covering my room in post it notes really helpful.
I am a medical sciences student studying at Bangor University, originally from Sandwell in the West Midlands. I use tutoring as a way of interacting with a wide variety of people, in order to enhance my current skill set. I am looking to give lessons for anyone that requires help with their mathematics, statistics and/or science education from Key Stage 1 to AS level.
I give lessons to any level of GCSE student. I teach through the use of past papers, previous problems and PowerPoint presentations. I am adapt at preserving and have resilience when it comes to tutoring students and I am used to being calm and patient when it comes to the child taking in and learning the information required.
Content is important, as well as a deeper understanding of the concepts, so the students can apply their knowledge to different styles of questions. I believe the foundations of a student knowledge need to be secure and so continually tested, so it can be effectively applied.
My aim is to prepare interactive lessons to help engage students. Using the right specification, I will explore each topic, ensuring that the student has a thorough understanding before progressing. One of the things that worked quite well for me when I was doing my GCSE and A-level exams was going through past papers and I plan to incorporate this into my lessons as well.

I am aware that when students struggle in one subject it is usually due to the difference between their learning style and the way they are taught. I am currently studying the first year of my A levels in Chemistry, Maths, and Physics. With so much passion for physics, and maths: I want to share it with other to ensure that they understand, and not just know about the concepts within the topic. Mainly because as soon as one is able to understand, they're able to progress onto something greater.
I give Chemistry and Physics lessons from year 7 up to GCSE level. I enable students to reach their potential by complimenting their school work, working specifically on their areas of weakness. My teaching is primarily done alongside exercises, which I both use to gauge the development of my students as well as to identify topics which need more work.
My teaching method is first making the learning enjoyable for every student.
I base my classes on what students are finding more difficult.
The teaching method i use is the same one i use with my siblings. I break down the topics into subtopics and make mindmaps on each one.
I am currently studying at a college level and I offer tutoring up to a GCSE level. I approach topic's in a holistic way by using visual, auditory and reading techniques with elements of fun. This is because everyone learns in different ways and at different speeds, so it is important to find out what benefits the student most.
My teaching method is very flexible and I can adapt my style to your needs and ability. I think it is very important to focus on what each pupil finds most challenging to them, rather than having the same rigid format for everyone as only this will allow for the biggest room for improvement.
