I am an engineer in aviation, and a trainee pilot.
I used to live in Aleppo then moved to the south of France, in Montpellier.

I am passionate about cooking, and wish to transmit this passion as well as my humble knowledge in Syrian cuisine. I learned, and am still learning, how to cook from my mother :)
