About Eva
"The meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away." I began practicing yoga in my early twenties, 15 years ago. Yoga became increasingly important to me, especially during challenging times, as it helped me reconnect with myself. I knew I wanted to deepen my understanding, so I traveled to India to study yoga. From a calm and loving state, creation flows naturally. Through our yoga practice, we'll explore where you need more care, whether it's stretching or strengthening. Together, we'll design the class, incorporating breathing techniques and asanas.
A typical lesson includes: greeting, breath-work, mindfulness, AUM chanting, warming up, asana practice, inversions, stretching, and final relaxation.
