I am a graduate from the University of Derby and have a passion for training and developing new and upcoming students and professionals so they can become competent in the working world. I appreciate personal growth, philosophy and science. My goal is to open the minds of other students and help them learn.

I aim to provide students with current academic knowledge and awareness within Sport Science/Psychology to become better students. Typical lessons would be an hour. These lessons are for college/University level students. Lessons would be online where you can learn specific topics and tailor what you want to learn more about. Whether this be career advice in sport psychology, discussions on current debates, help understanding theories, models and tools, or information on how to write better academic papers.
I have a masters in Sport Science with a Psychology award.
I am also starting my PhD in January which centres around the development of trainee sport psychologists.
