About Nivedita
I have a master's in yoga and I have completed residential teacher training from Bihar School of Yoga and Kaivalyadham. I have more than 10 years of experience in this field. Now I am a PhD scholar and my topic is totally related to children and adolescents.

We have a five-day session. First day we work on joints and every part of the body. Second day we focus on muscle stretching. Third day we will do asana in the form of kriyas. Fourth day we work on asana stability. Fifth day for adhisthan and yoganidra.
