About Dallin
As a math major, I appreciate the importance of having a strong base in mathematics. I've always enjoyed solving problems, as well as helping others come to understand those solutions intuitively. I don't just teach formulas, but I can help students recognize what is going on behind the scenes so they can apply what they learn in a variety of situations, both in and out of the classroom.

- As a tutor, I first determine what concepts the student is familiar with, then build on those
- I'm a math education major, aiming to be a middle school math teacher. I really enjoy doing math and want to help others realize that math is for everyone
- I can teach any level of math up to calculus 1, including trigonometry, algebra, and geometry
- I prefer teaching in person. This way students can have immediate feedback while they work, their education isn't reliant on an internet connection, and I can potentially give demonstrations if I see the need for it

Details
Each session is one hour long, and I can do up to two sessions back to back. Up to four hours of tutoring per week is recommended as supplemental, but not to replace traditional schooling.
