About Cristal
I am passionate about helping students because I believe everyone deserves to find joy in learning. My goal is to make learning engaging and accessible for all. In high school, I tutored middle school students in math and expanded my tutoring in college to include high schoolers and college students. While my primary focus is math, I have also taught a poetry class, tutored Spanish speakers in English, and worked on reading and writing skills. This diverse experience has equipped me to adapt to various learning styles and needs.
In my free time I like to do puzzles, read, cook, and weight train. I also love going on walks and spending time with my family.

As a Pomona College Math BA graduate and a seasoned business management consultant, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and practical problem-solving skills to my tutoring.
