About Patrick
Through the Michigan State College of Education, I've had the opportunity to work with 2 different middle school math classes. My tutoring experience began this past December when I was helping a senior in high school with his Algebra 2 and Spanish class. Over the course of this past spring semester, I began tutoring another high school student in Algebra 2.

I am a senior at Michigan State University majoring in Math and Secondary Education with a minor in Spanish. I like to start lessons with the main idea and ask students how much prior knowledge they have before proceeding with a more tailored lesson plan. I try to offer multiple types of explanations to help many different types of learners, with an emphasis on visual representations.
