About Micah
My interest in Mathematics started from enjoying patterns, logic, and complex problem-solving during my early education. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics before earning a PhD in Computational Mathematics. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with students from different academic levels and helped them build stronger confidence through clear and supportive teaching.
I focus on creating lessons that are flexible and easy to understand for every learner. Some students prefer visual demonstrations and guided steps, while others improve through direct problem-solving and discussion. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and encouragement to help students progress steadily without feeling overwhelmed by difficult topics.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical modeling, data analysis, and practical applications of mathematics in science and technology. Staying connected to these areas helps me bring relevant examples into lessons. Teaching Math is meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students become more confident thinkers and stronger problem solvers.

My Maths lessons are designed to help students develop confidence through understanding and regular guided practice. I teach algebra, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, and geometry using clear explanations that break difficult ideas into smaller and manageable steps. Lessons focus on improving logical thinking, calculation accuracy, and independent problem-solving in a calm and encouraging environment.
Beginners learn through structured examples, visual explanation, and repeated practice that strengthens their foundation slowly. Intermediate learners improve equation solving, graph interpretation, and numerical reasoning through deeper exercises and revision methods. Advanced students focus on analytical thinking, exam strategy, and advanced mathematical applications. I also include real-world examples and mental exercises to make lessons more engaging and practical.
I believe students perform better when they understand concepts clearly instead of memorizing formulas without meaning. My lessons encourage patience, curiosity, and steady improvement while reducing fear around difficult mathematical topics. I want learners to become more confident, independent, and comfortable when solving challenging problems on their own.
