About Eliza
I hold a PhD in Mathematics and have 13 years of teaching experience working with students from different academic levels and learning abilities. My interest in Mathematics began with a fascination for patterns, logical reasoning, and structured problem-solving. Over time, this interest developed into a strong passion for teaching and helping students build confidence and clarity.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex mathematical problems into smaller steps so students can follow them easily and build confidence gradually. I use examples, visual methods, and consistent practice to reinforce learning and improve accuracy. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical problems and exploring new concepts in the field. Teaching Mathematics is deeply fulfilling because I see students grow from uncertainty to confidence. Helping them improve their skills, achieve their goals, and develop a positive mindset motivates me to continue teaching with dedication and enthusiasm.

Mathematics becomes much clearer and more enjoyable when students understand the reasoning behind concepts instead of memorizing formulas without clarity. My lessons focus on building strong conceptual understanding in algebra, calculus, geometry, and number systems through simple and structured explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand how each concept works and how different topics are connected logically. I use simple examples, visual techniques, and practical approaches to make abstract ideas easier to understand and apply. Each session is interactive and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions, practice actively, and build confidence gradually.
I carefully design my lessons based on the student’s level and learning pace to ensure steady improvement and meaningful progress. Beginners focus on basic arithmetic, number systems, and simple algebra with repetition and guided practice. Intermediate learners explore equations, functions, geometry, and structured problem solving with deeper understanding. Advanced students work on calculus, advanced algebra, and complex multi-step problems with detailed reasoning and accuracy. Practice worksheets, revision sessions, and continuous feedback are included to strengthen understanding and improve performance.
Mathematics also helps students develop logical thinking, precision, and analytical reasoning skills that are valuable in many areas of life. As they gain clarity, they feel more confident solving problems independently and approaching challenges with a calm and focused mindset.
