I am a former Mathematics Teacher with over 10 years of experience in the High School level. I taught Algebra to Pre-Calculus to average 15 students per class. Also provided individual tutoring for preparation for state exam at high school level.

My teaching method is to have a beginning class opening exercise, whether to review a previous lesson covered, an introduction to lesson that will be covered, or prepare for state exams. I prefer to use a socratic method, a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individuals, based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying presuppositions. afterwards, a review what what covered and occasional quiz to evaluate individual's progress.
